Welcome to Rooted Within Therapy PLLC. I'm Megan, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker that is dedicated to creating a therapeutic space grounded in compassion, curiosity, and genuine connection. My approach is open, relational, and holistic—designed to help you feel supported, understood, and empowered to grow at your own pace. I also serve as a qualified supervisor for Master-level social workers pursuing their clinical licensure, providing guidance rooted in real-world practice and professional development.
I am trained and certified in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and bring extensive trauma-informed experience to my practice. While we may begin by addressing the symptoms you're currently experiencing, our work will expand to explore your full family dynamic, lived experiences, and the deeper patterns shaping your wellbeing.
